EVENTS AT PAPAWAI RANGE. BURTON’S PINE SCORING. (By Telegraph— Press Association.) CARTERTON, Feb. 27. The . Wairarapa Rifle Association meeting opened at Papawai this morning. The weather was cloudy and overcast, but the light was good. A tricky wind blew down the range, occasionally veering across the range. The chimpion belt, the Bidwill Memorial Challenge Shield, the Maunsell Challenge Cup, the Rivers Challenge Cup and the Walden Challenge Cup, were all won by W. J. Burton, Okawa, who dropped only six points over all ranges and at 800 yards and 900 yards scored possibles. The Btiehanan Memorial Cup was won by W. M.
