An agreement permitting Egon Kisch to leave Australia a free man was signed in Sydney, and Kisch left for Melbourne. He will take part, with Griffin, the New Zealander, in a torchlight “release” procession through Melbourne streets to-night. Kisch is to leave as a passenger without any restrictions on his movements on the vessel or at intervening ports.
