SILVER WEDDING ANNIVERSARY The silver anniversary of the wedding of Mr. and Mrs. J. Crabtree, of Eltham, was celebrated at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. A. J. McPherson, Meuli Street. About 30 friends were present. Mr. L. Nodder, of Inglewood, on behalf of those present, made a presentation to the guests, and .spoke of the sterling qualities of both Mr. and Mrs. Crabtree, and wished them all good luck and long years of married life. Musical items were given by Mrs. Nodder. Dancing was the order of the evening, the music being supplied by Mrs. Attrill. A cake decorated in silver was cut by Mr. Crabtree, who made a suitable reply. Mrs. Oxbrow, of Te Aroha, is the guest of Mr and Mrs J‘. L. Weir. Miss S. Carucross wa s liostess at bridge last evening.
