WOOLPACK IMPROVEMENTS

The British Wool Federation has decided to complain to New Zealand, against the new type of wool pack now being used. The worffpack complaint has lieen referred to Sir Alexander Roberts, chairman of directors of, the New Zealand Woolpack and Textiles Ltd. who said that vast improvements had been made in packs for 1935-36. This season, samples were submitted to the New Zealand Woolbuyers Assiciation, and were definitely approved by that body . Admittedly the packs were made of hard fibre, the flax bein fr of hard fibre, but it was contended that the fibre, when cut, would noti fly away - more tha.n jute fibic.
