VISIT TO VICTORIA FALLS. RHODESIA AS' FUTURE DOMINION. .'United Preoe Association— By Elowrio TeEgraph Copyright). Received 12.30 p.m. to-day. SALISBURY (S.A.), Feb. 19. After visiting Victoria Falls the Press delegates are now spending two days at Salisbury, being the guests last days at Salisbury, being the guests last night of the Government of Southern Rhodesia at a banquet. ■ They were welcomed by the Governor, Sir Herbert Stanley. The Prime Minister, Mr Huggins, said that Southern Rhodesia would be regarded as a future Dominion. They had perfect organism, but had not yet grown feathers. They were anxious to assume full plumage. Mr Huggins added that Cecil Rhodes was still held, in high estimation by-all good Rhodesians, and anyone who slighted Rhodes slighted all Rhodesians.
The. delegates were greatly impressed by a visit to the Doinbashawa School for Africans. They were natives from the kraals in- all parts of Rhodesia and were taught agriculture, carpentry, and other crafts.
On the way to Johannesburg to-mor-row the -delegates will visit the Zimbabwe ruins.
