APPEALS BEING LODGED HIGHER TRIBUNAL TO ACT (By Telegraph— Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Jan. 10. Mr 11. J. Knight, secretary of the New Zealand Road Transport Alliance, referring to the recent refusal of certain goods service licenses by the Licensing Authority at Auckland, said the decision referred only to the South Auckland district, not to the eight other transport licensing districts in Neiv Zealand.

The operators affected voull carry on their business as formerly, subject to appeals being lodged and the whole matter being dealt with by a higher tribunal.
