DEFICIT OF £27,000,000 DECREASED EXPENDITURE (United Press Association —By electric Telegraph Copyright). ROME, Jan. 1(5. The Cabinet has approved the budget estimates. The deficit is expected to be £27,000,000, compared with £49,000,000 in the 1934-35 year. Expenditure has been decreased in every department, except the Navy and Air Departments.
