POST=SECTION PLAY THREE ROUNDS DECIDED FORMER HOLDERS DEFEATED. (By Teiegrapn —Tress Association.) AUCKLAND, Jan. 16. The Dominion bowling tournament was continued to-day, when fuitbei games in the inter-section rounds of the singles and pairs championships were plaved, and post-section rounds in the full rink championship were commenced. The sensation of the day in the full rink contest was the defeat of the present holders of the title, G. Dickson, F. Redpath, H. F. Gibson H. Wilson (Linwood, Christchurch). Thev won their games against M. Walker (Auckland), by 22 to 8 and were defeated by Livingstone (One-huno-a), 19 to 17, and by Graham (CarlMoir, H. C. Clarke, S. Jenkin (Carlton), remain undefeated in both sec-, tion and post-section rounds, winning all 11 successive games. Play will be resumed in the pairs and singles championships as players left in are released from the elimination rounds of the rink championship. The following retain their two lives in the rink competition: Jenkin (Carlton). Robertson (Onehunga), Hosking (Piikekolie), McWhannell (Hataitai), ind Whittle (Grey Lynn). The onelifers are as follow: Lancaster (Carlton). Graham (Carlton), Briglitmg (Hataitai), Engelbretsen (Napier), Stone (St. John’s), Bremner (Most End, Auckland), Arnott (Palmerston North), Mingins (Epsom), Gee (le Awamutu), Pilkington (Hamilton) Thomas (Waircre), T. W alkei (Mount Albert), Brackenridge (Lyall Bay) and 'Roberts (Carlton). _ ~ o Only two Taranaki representatives were in action. They were Casey and Lobb (West End, New Plymouth) and 'they played one game of post-section play in the pairs championship. Both were in form and they beat Morrison and Gifford (Auckland) comfortably, 21—16. ..
