EXPLOSION IN PAINT SHOP CLOTHING SET ON FIRE (By Telegraph—Pre?s Association.) .GISBORNE, To-day. As a result of an explosion in the paint shop of his Auto-Finishing Factory, Eric Edward Mollor, aged 39, was taken to hospital suffering from severe burns and shock. Ho was 'working overtime last evening when he went into the paint shop. He lit a match and an explosion followed. Other members of the staff found Mellor’s clothing afire and tore it off. He was badly burnt about the hands, face and body.
