Considerable increases in salary are granted to two members of the Unemployment Board bv the supplementary estimates which were presented to the House to-day. The deputy-eliairman, M r W. Bromley, whose salary is stipulated in the Unemployment Act to he £4OO per annum, lias been receiving £650 since July 3' last, while one of the other two members, the salary of each of whom is set out in the Act has been receiving £6OO and the other £270.
