DECLARATION OF POLL. , DRAW FOR FIFTH PLAGE!. On the completion of the official count yesterday of votes cast at the JNormanby Town Board election, the position of the candidates remained unchanged, with a tie for fifth place between Messrs. J. A. Archbold and E. P, .Grant. In the draw for the seat Mr Archbold won and the returning officer (Mr H. D. Hughes) formally declared Messrs. D. A. Stewart, J. T. Young, T. Lloyd, P. J. Leydou and Archbold elected as commissioners.
