PHYSICAL CULTURE (Letter Wo. 63) The building of a weak and delicate lad into a Strong and robust man. Auckland, 13/8/34. Dear Mr Jaxrett, — As regards my health I have never felt better and evidently as I get older I must be making up for my younger life, because I seem to be immune from any 'heavy colds or sickness and am one of the very few who never loses any time off work with “ffu,” etc., even though these epidemics are always prevalent. There is no man prouder of the fact to-day than I am that I met such a man as “R. O. Jarrett,” even though thirty years have passed since, because it was undoubtedly your wonderful treatment and patience with me through your knowledge if physical culture and deep breathing that changed my life, from a frail youth to one o± good health, that I have enjoyed ever since and stood the tests of various climates during the “war,” including a tew months in Egypt, where you get excessive heat and dust, and then to land in France a fortnight later in a snowstorm should be a fair test. Yours sincerely, N. P. CONSULTATION FREE. HIGHEST MEDICAL REFERENCES. CALL OR WRITE FOR APPOINTMENT. Full particulars, terms, etc., from— Jarrett R. 0.
