Mr Albert Russell and Mr Reg. Morgan, the' two well-known song leaders, will be in Hawera night for the purpose of' conducting a community sing in the Grand Theatre. Mr Russell is one of the most popular song leaders in the Dominion and was for some months associated with Messrs. Owen Pritchard and Frank Crowther in the weekly “sings” in Wellington. Mr Morgan is an artist who has achieved fame over the air also, being known as “Uncle Reg” of IYA. It is a wonderful opportunity for everyone to conie and sing with these two artists and listen to Uncle Reg. play and sing “Have You Ever Been Lonely?” “Adieu,” “The Last Round Up” and other, charming, lilting songs. Albert Russell will present clean, clever comedy in songs of “italiano,” “Ba, Ba. Ba,” “Goosey,” “Moving the Piano,” and,‘above all. his great laughing song. The duet “You Gan Feel It Doing You Good,” is a great tonic, and the audience will be the happier for the harmony and gladness left with it.
