THE HAGUE, Juno G. The Dutch aviator, M. Fokkor. who has returned from Russia, has drawn attention to the Sovietv’s aerial armnmerits. He says he saw hundreds *>f machines at tho> Moscow aerodrome. At least twentv were four-engined ’planes and several were five-engined: All were I'ullv armed. The training of pilots was proceeding ou a large scale. Workers give their services without payment on their weekly holidays in return for instruction. ' M. Fokker also saw an air experimental station, surpassing anything he had previously seen.
