WRANGLING BY BUREAU DISARMAMENT DEADLOCK. PBOGKRiBSS SEEMS IMPOSSIBLE GERMAN EMISSARIES (United Press Association— By Electric Telegraph Copyright.) LONDON, June o. “Confusion reigns .supreme as a result of yesterday’s wrangles,” states the “Daily Mail’s” Geneva correspondent in reference to the meeting of the Bureau of the Disarmament Conference. “The General Commission will not meet until the general proposals are formulated.” The “Netvs-Chronicle’s” Geneva correspondent- asserts that progress! atpresent is impossible and the sooner the delegates depart the better. “The true issue is now clear enough, namely, that- France and Russia are building up a defensive alliance against Germany,” says “The Times” correspondent. “Thev call this security and •seek the" League’s sanction for it-."”
