Prom 4 p.m. yesterday. The weather for the most part will be fair to fine, with isolated showers at first, mainly on the east coast and in the far north and south. Cold night temperatures with inland frosts are likely. The recent depression is now located east of New Zealand and an- intense anti-cyclone covers the Tasman with its centre east of Tasmania South-westerly to southerly winds are expected, strong on parts of the coast otherwise moderate, and decreasing gradually. Seas should be rather rough south of East Cape' and north of Farewell Spit, but elsewhere moderate.
