Signor Mussolini has nominated font generals ancf four admirals to the Senate, thus removing them from the active list- and speeding up the promotion of juniors. “Marry or resign” is Signor Mussolini’s~order to all bachelors' holding exeeutivd' positions in the Fa*cist Party’.' Sigiidr Mussolini has always been insistent that the Party leaders should follow his own example m raisitig a large family. Hp has even persuaded some of his own reluctant Cahnet members to marry. 'Fascist Party lists are now being prepared for seats on municipalities and the Legislative Assembly and Senate. They exclude bachelors, many of whom in* the present Parliament, are hurriedly seeking brides in the hope of winning the Duce’s favour.
