NEW FRENCH CABINET
STABILISATION POLICY IMMEDIATE REFORMS URGED. HOPES FOR, DISARMAMENT. CONTINUANCE OF WORK. (United Press Association —By Electrio Telegraph Oopy right.) Received 2.15 p.m. to-day. PARIS, Nov. 3. M. Sarrant has announced a stabilisation policy including substantial immediate economic reforms, war on tax dodgers, the alleviation of heavy taxation in order to lower production costs, extensive public works, the development of motor transport, the protection of industry, the continuation of quota system without preret cnees except on a quid pro quo basis, the development of colonial markets and international collaboration. France is to continue disarmament work on the basis of the agreement with Britain to which specially friendly reference is. made. The new Cabinet seems destined to survive a vote on the declaration of policy, but its further existence depends on the financial proposals and the foreign policy, though the crucial vote is not expected until after the German elections.
