DOMINION BOARD'S ACTIVITIES

The first payment for the 1933 honey season on the basis of 3d per lb with a minimum of 2d per lb to any exporter is announced by the chairman of the Honey Control Board. He said the board had been able to dispose of a third of the total export of 300 tons within three months of the arrival of the first consignment in England. Although it was early to forecast, jt was hoped to return to the producers payment on the basis of 4Jd to 5d for top white special.
