Indignation has been aroused among unemployed by the latest official intimation regarding the district allocation which will necessitate an all-round reduction in the relief scale amounting to nearly on : e-third for one class. When advised of the new scale tb-dav a big group of unemployed waited on the Mayor, who explained that the local relief committee had already protested against the latest cut and now awaited Parliament’s reply.
