The Tobacco Trade Association, reE resenting manufacturers and distrintive organisations in the tobacco trade in the United Kingdom, announces that it hag been decided by all sections of the association that the issue by manufacturers of coupons, certificates, vouchers, miniature cards, packets Or similar things which have an exchangeable value will be discontinued after December 31
