KINGSTON (Jamaica), Nov. 1. _ Hurriedly organised relief expeditions chopped their way into northwestern Jamaica to-night following reports that ten were dead and scores were homeless in the area stricken by the week-end hurricane. The property damage is estimated at three million dollars.
