TWENTY-SIX LIVES LOST
RIVER, VIOSA BURSTS BANKS MANY HOUSES SWEPT AWAY (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph -lopyrighu.) LONDON, Nov. 1. A Tirana message states that torrential rains caused the River, Viosa to burst its banks, flooding the town of Premedi. Many houses were swept away and 26 people were drowned.
