MELBOURNE CHNTEN ARY CELEBRATIONS. LORD BADEN POWELL TO ATTEND. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph Copyright.) LONDON, Oc-t. 31. Lord Baden Powell has decided to attend the centenary jamboree at Melbourne, accompanied by Lady Baden Powell and their two daughters. They will travel via Canada and will spend a week in New Zealand, ay here the Chief Scout hopes to do some trout fishing.
