QUEEN CARNIVAL FUNDS. (From Our Own Correspondent.) On Mohday evening Mesdames Benton, Duff and West were hostesses at an evening given in the supper room of the hall to raise funds for _ the Otalceho princess in the queen carnival. There was a good attendance and a pleasant evening was spent with flag five hundred, euchre, dancing and a “trees’ competition. The winners of the flag five hundred were Misses Margaret Lilley, Una West, Eunice Lyndon and Vera King. Misses West and Lilley were at the piano. A dainty supper was provided. The next hostesses will he Mesdames Buxton, King and Brown.
