Scientists npw.ass.er.t' that the extensive use of spices .and peppers in the East, where sanitation is practically unknown, has been the means of keeping alive the inhabitants of those countries. Spices and' peppers have antiseptic properties; which destroy disease germs. Tftese properties are. found in Gregg’s ground cinnamon, pepper, cloves, nutmegs in tins. — Advt.
