The “New York Times)’ ” Mexico City correspondent says that all the attention of the Government to-day is centred on a plot discovered within the army to produce a. Communistic overturn in Mexico. President Rodriguez went to Tehuncan, in the State of Puebla, to a conference with General Galles, in which ■ also 20 commanders of military areas participated. Reports were received of subversive activities and converts to the Cuban school of revolution. It is intended that many arrests all over the country will he made.
