A Iffipeer (Michigan) message states that local residents are aroused over continued attrition of their funds be ing held in closed banks. The con servator of -one State bank is being held for trial for the alleged defalcation of 4000 dollars after the bamwas ordered to be closed, and to-day another county savings bank recently shut was raided by bandits, who escaped with a sum estimated at 2000 dollars.
