BERLIN, Oct. 18. At a conference of Nazi leaders the Chancellor, Herr Hitler, offered reconciliation to former political opponents if they supported the Nazi foreign policy. Herr Hitler said the plebiscite should re-unite the nation provided the Nazis' opponents stand for German honour, peace and love.
