FREMANTLE, Oct. 17 Among the passengers on board the liner Orontes, which arrived here from London to-dav, is the new Papal delegate, Archbishop Bernardino, who has brought a special message of greeting from the Pope to Catholics in Australia. A large o-athering of school children carrying aporopriate ITS linens gathered at the- sliip’s side to welcome him Archbishop Bernardine in an interview said he would very happy iii Australia , where there'was full religious freedom, which seemed to be the privilege of the peoples of the British Empire, and where relations between the various creeds were more cordial than elsewhere.
