TWO FALLS TO ONE

VARGA BEATEN BY RUMBERG

PENALTY FALL TO WINNER. (By Telegraph— Press Association.) ROTORUA, Oct. 2. In a professional wrestling bout on Saturday, before a moderate house, Rumberg defeated Varga by two falls to one. Varga secured the first fall from a press, but in the fifth round, after being repeatedly warned for punching, lie had a penalty given against him for rabbit punching in a melee on the mat. Rumberg clinched the argument in the sixth, when he catapulted off the ropes to bowl Varga over with a flying scissors. Varga was unable to rise for a short period after the fail was awarded. Rumberg appeared to have the bout under control practically the whole time.
