JUDGMENTS FOR DEBT
HAWERA COURT CLAIMS Judgment by default with costs t-o be added was given by Mr J. H. Salmon, S.M., on the following civil claims presented in the Hawera Court yesterday: W. V. Patterson v. F., (lush, £1 4s 6d; Hawera Hospital Board v. R,. T. Cotter, £1 13s; Farmers’ Co-op. v. A. Kendrick, £2 6s 8d; Palmers Bakery v. AVhara Mataka, £2O; George and Doughty Ltd. v. J. Flower, £4 5s Id; Hodder and Tolley Ltd. v. D. and V. Richardson Ltd., £73 9s 2d; Farmers’ Co-op. v. H. Patterson, £4 3s; same v. J. A. Johnson, 15s 9d; .same v. F. C. Raill, £8 12s; George and Doughty Ltd. v. Ngaio Lay (separate estate), 14s; W. W. Davy v. A. W. Skevingtou, £4 ss; George and Doughty Ltd. v. G. Agate, £1 14s lid; Sarah Hamilton v. Helen Symons, £l9 10s. In judgment summons proceedings H. Heaven was ordered to pay Pursers Ltd. the sum of £l4 Os 1 6d, in default 14 days’ imprisonment, the order to be suspended if he pays £1 per month from October 1. J. McClelland Avas ordered to pay E. Penfold £2 4s Bd, in default two days' imprisonment. An order Avas made against G. Smith to pay £5 8s to H. H. Braimvell, in default five days’ imprisonment. G. Smith was ordered to pay £2 19s 9d to W V. Patterson, in default three days ’imprisonment. An order to pay £l6 16s lid Avas made against Joe Hokio in favour of A. H. Foy, in default 1G» days’ imprisonment. the Avarrant to he pended so long as debtor pays £5 per mouth as from October 1. F. G. McAllister was ordered to pav C. Lansdown the sum of £6 13s 6d, in default seven days’ imprisonment.
