APPEAL TO PRIVY COUNCIL
PERMISSION TO LINESMAN. (By TVlr'srraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, 'Sept. 2G. Conditional leave to appeal to the Privy Council from the decision of the Court of Appeal in the case Vincent v. the Tauranga Electric- Power Board, given on July 21, 1933, was granted by the Appeal Court to-day to Frederick Charles Vincent, Tauranga, linesman. Security for appeal was fixed at £350, to be given within one month.
