v NORTH OTAGO I CONDITIONS (By 1/tgraph —Press Association.) OAMARU, Sept. 23. A statement has been published in northern papers that North Otago is experiencing a drought. This is far from being true. The district has not experienced for many years more favourable spring weather. There is ample rainfall and pastures are in great heart.
