■SEATOUN KEEPER FINED. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Aug. 25. Rodney Painkhurst, on a charge of keeping open a cabaret at Seatoun for it'he purpose of transacting business on Sunday, was to-day fined £2. Defendant already had been heavily fined in connection with the liquor lanv and this was taken into consideration.
