WORK OF HAWF.UA BRANCH. The monthly meeting of the Hav.era branch of the P lunket Society was held in the rooms, Albion Street, on Monday evening. There were present: Mesdames Winks (in the chair), Campbell, Haseltine, Humphreys, Trim, Tait, Veitch, Carter, Pickett, Fyson, Stead and Cressey. Apologies for absence were received from Mesdames Bae, Henderson, Fyfe, Corrigan, Chisholm, Bardsley and Beck. The nurse reported that during July visits of adults to rooms numbered 200, and of babies 219 and older children 47 Telephone calls totalled 78. \isits to homes were: New cases 20, old 184 —total 210. . ...
