HEADINGS IN HAW ERA. Sun rises to-morrow 6.29 a.m. Sun sets to-morrow 5.19 p.m. Rainfall for 24 hours ended 9 a.m. today nil. Rainfall this month to date 2.89 in. Rainfall for year to date 31.86 in. Barometer at 9 a.m. 29.99. Barometer at noon 29.99. Shade temperature at 9 a.m. 46. Shade temperature at noon 52. Maximum air temperature (shade) m last 24 hours 54. Minimum air temperature (shade) in last 24 hours 34. OFFICI AL FORECAST. (For 24 hours from 9 a.m. to-day.) The general inference is that New Zealand is still located in an intense high pressure area, the centre lying along the east coast. The cyclone oft the New South Wales coast has, however, deepened and moved eastwards and unsettled conditions are likely as from to-morrow. The forecast is for light but freshening north-easterly winds and the weather will probably be fine and mild, but clouding over tomorrow and rain developing. Smooth but rising seas may be expected.
