TRIP IN NEW BALLOON

(United Pre;s Association—By Electric Telegraph Copyright.) Received 2.50 p.m. to-day. BRUSSELS,, Aug. 1. M. Max Costyns, with M. Debruyan, hopes to take off in a. new balloon for a stratosphere ascent between August 5 and August 9, leaving a field on the banks of the River Lesse. The balloon is now controlled and there is no danger of it blowing out to sea. The object is ultimately to produce a stratospheric aeroplane.
