On a judgment summons Ha we Potari was ordered to pay r EL Penfold £9 14s, in default 10 days’ imprisonment. Cunningham Bros, secured an order against A W. Skevington for the payment- of £"S 11s lid, in default 18 days’ imprisonment. jee H-ori was ordered to pay A. E. McEwan £4 12s, in default five days’ imprisonment. , A. W. Skevington was ordered to pay W. R. Lind £4 13s, in default five days’ imprisonment.
