Jouhaux, is presenting a resolution to the Economic Conference recommending the restoration of monetary conditions on am international basis for the prevention of. fluctuation in prices, the elimination. of exchange and restrictions on trade improvements, an increase of the purchasing power of the community with an improved living standard for workers and the recirculation of idle capital through a works policy; The German delegate protested at the Labour Conference’s refusal to nominate-Germans: and Italians to commissions.
