Rumania agrees to send troops to the threatened Russian front, excepting three divisions which will remain m Hungary as troops of occupation. assisted by the Yugoslav and Czechoslovak armies.

Other agreements allegedly provide that if Czechoslovakia and Yugoslavia are attacked hy a Power other than Hungary each will mobilise six divisions of infantry ana a brigade of cavalry for the purpose of defending the Hungarian frontiers.
