FATAL FALL OF DEBRIS

A fall of debris due to heavy rain at the mouth of the Rlackwater mine tunnel yesterday buried Cyril Sewell, aged 32, isingle, Reefton. The body was extricated three hours later. Sewell was a relieving irakeman. The fatality occurred with the day’s last- rake of trucks. Sewell leaves a mother and sister. A house was also buried but was rescued.
