LONDON, Feb. 19

If so. it will not be so much in the direction of suppression of the jprr thery as altering the conditions tliat brought it into being. It is the bowler, and not the batsman, who needs more consideration. If there is to be any lingering danger of quasipolitical animus it would be better to drop, the tests altogether for a time.
