LONDON, Jan. 24. “The Timeis’ ” Cologne correspondent says three Communists were killed when the police scattered a procession of 800 Communists who were marchin «■ through Cologne shouting invectives against the Government. Ihoy started stoning the police who were compelled to fire in self defence. The Communists later reassembled in the centre of Cologne where, after setting fire to a train, they launched another stone attack. I.he police weie again compelled to fire, seriously wounding four. Several police were also injured. . . . All political demonstrations have Been prohibited until further notice.
