LIMIT OF THREE YEARS,

CALCUTTA, Dec. fi. Amid cheers the Legislative Assembly ratified the Ottawa agreement to-day by 77 votes to 24, adopting an amendment by Sir Hari Singh Gour (Opposition leader) setting a three-year limit on the agreement with a right ito terminate on six months’ notice.
