HELP FOR DESTITUTE
CLAIM OF RELATIVES. N.S.W. BILL DROPPED. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegrs Copyright.) Received 12.50 p.m. to-day. SYDNEY, Nov. 19. The State Government has decided to drop the Destitute Persons Maintenance Bill introduced recently by the Minister of Education, Mr. Drummond. The object of the measure was to compel near relatives of destitute persons to provide for their support.
