One of the pioneer motor-car nianr faoturers in America has stimulate' motor activities by announcing the in troduc-tion oi a new type and kind o car, having engineering character istics of the aeroplane and named tip “Terraplane” Because of this fact. The “Terraplane” is a six-cylindei car, which will sell in the lowest prior class. Quantity production of tin “Terraplane” has begun, according l< information received, and already m additional 10,000 employees have rr turned to work, thereby greatly relieving the Detroit unemployment situa tion. The “Terraplane,” the announce mont states, has all the feel, road ability, and substantialness of heavy cars costing up to ten times as much This is accomplished by making tb body and chassis a structural entit instead of two independent units boiled together.
