COUNTERFEIT CURRENCY
ALLEGED POSSESSION OF DIES. MAN REMANDED AT SYDNEY. (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph Copyright.) SYDNEY, Nov. 16. _ Charged with possessing 22 dies for the manufacture of counterfeit florins, Louis Somme, aged 63, was remanded to-day. The police told the court that 2000 coins were seized. They expressed the opinion that at least £SOOO worth of “coins”.were made from the dies in. the past .18 months.
