An appeal by Harold Russell, aged 27, again si liis conviction for the manslaughter of his wife and two children, who were drowned at Sunshine on June 11, was dismissed. He was sentenced to imprisonment for ten years on each of the three charges of manslaughter, the sentences to- be concurrent.
