GENEVA, Oct. 12. The Budget Committee passed the League’,s Budget which is £4OOO smaller. . The committee of jurists ruled that the League had no legal right to reduce officials’ salaries. Thus the British proposal for a 10 per cent, reduction applies only to future contracts, hut five of the largest are shortly due for renewal.
